Due to the company's continual growth, we have a position available for a:

Phone Team - CSR

Summary:  This position will support Arbitration Forums, Inc.’s missions and shared values by inputting customer data accurately from the application submitted and logging into our multi-line phone system and taking and placing calls to our customers.  This position must ensure customer applications, counter claims, deferments, responses, and decisions, are entered within 48 hours of receipt.  Customer Service Representatives will maintain high standards by applying proper procedures and Forum Rules in their daily activities.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate must have at least one year of data entry experience and two years call center experience.  They must be able to type 8,000 keystrokes per hour, have solid analytical and problem solving skills, be detail oriented, well organized, able to multi task, have excellent verbal communication skills.

 

Shipping - CSR

Summary: The Shipping position maintains all the open files for Arbitration Forums, Inc. This position will support AF’s missions and shared values by ensuring accurate and consistent on-time shipments to each scheduled hearing. This position is responsible for shipping cases four (4) business days prior to the scheduled hearing. This position will maintain high level standards by carefully checking files and researching missing information 24 hours before the case is shipped. This position is also responsible for following the procedures outlined for each shipment. In addition, documents must be filed accurately within 48 hours after it is input into the system.

Requirements: The ideal candidate must have at least one year of file management experience, be able to type 4,000 keystrokes per hour, solid analytical and problem solving skills, be detail oriented, well organized, able to multi task, have excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to repetitively lift 40-60 pound trays and boxes.
