Duties & Responsibilities 1. Reviews financial statements such as monthly balance sheets, income statement and reports on changes in financial position/budget variances and maintain related records, with minimal supervision. 2. May implement the design and preparation of budgets for review by management and used by them to measure, plan, and control business operations for a unit. 3. Reviews Reconciliations and confirms all inter-company General Ledger accounts for a unit. 4. Maintains the structure of the General Ledger Chart of Accounts for an applicable unit. 5. Reviews processes and makes recommendations and improvements. 6. Responsible for supervising an internal staff when required.  This includes, conducting performance appraisals, training and career development. 7. Prepares other reports and assist or complete special projects as required or requested by the supervisor. 8. Provides consultative feedback on financial information to an applicable business unit. 9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
