ANALYST SR, FINANCIAL

Description:Support Industrial Components financial planning and analysis, including development of the Annual Operating Plan, Long-Range Plan, causal analysis of monthly operating performance and business forecasting. Provide operational analysis compared to AOP and prior year for domestic and international operations.- Assist in the preparation of the monthly domestic IC forecast in Hyperion Planning and review the world wide IC forecast.- Assist in creating the IC world wide Annual Operating Plan (AOP).- Maintain and utilize existing Hyperion Enterprise database for use in analyzing monthly results, including both domestic and world-wide results. Monthly communication required with various regions to obtain country level data. - Support the Business Segment managers and product line mangers with analysis of monthly results including attending periodic staff meetings as required to present IC and segment results.- Assist with internal control activities and help ensure SOX 404 compliance at all IC locations including WINC and S&S.- Adhoc reporting/analysis as requested Billable: GMS only - 85% time billed to customerQualifications:Minimum Qualifications: BS in Finance or AccountingStrong personal computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint)Strong interpersonal skillsPrior Financial Planning and Analysis experience required5-7 years experienceSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceRockwell Automation offers a competitive benefit plan.
