Established investment firm in the greater-Boston area is expanding into the growing 1031 Exchange investment arena.  We are looking for sales professionals with knowledge and experience in the real estate and financial services industry who are interested in increasing personal wealth, accomplishing personal goals and working with us to capitalize on the opportunity to be a leading 1031 Exchange investment company.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

General & Administrative Communicate effectively with company management to inform and  update on a regular basis that sales objectives are being achieved Participate as a team player by supporting company operations as needed

 

Sales & Marketing Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to clients and prospects in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding of customer needs Developing and maintaining existing broker/dealer and registered representative relationships Making proactive phone calls to registered representatives to provide product information, gather marketing data and offer sales support Create and support the broker/dealer distribution channel for the products and services offered by the company Have the ability to be goal-oriented and to build a plan and follow it through to completion Maintain solid working relationships with clients and provide them information and support as needed Flexibility to travel to customer locations for company product presentations

 

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3 years of sales experience within the securities industry FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses, preferred Knowledge and experience of the securities industry General knowledge of real estate industry a plus
