As an Account Administrator working in our Oakland, California office, your prior back office experience, managing transactions and paperwork, will aid you in working with a variety of different accounts - including trusts and retirement accounts - as well as driving the account transfer process. With your customer service experience you will work directly with the client to open accounts, transfer funds and answer basic investment questions. You will also work closely with the portfolio manager and investment analyst, helping them to manage clients’ cash flows and place trades. Meticulous attention to detail is needed to grasp new concepts quickly and identify additional client assets and grow existing client relationships. Your aptitude for learning and propensity to take on new challenges will define your growth..
