Account Executive - Outside Sales (Title Company)

We are currently seeking a sales account executive with a proven track record of success.

Job duties include:

 

-  Schedule closings and review closing packages, verify the mortgage payoffs, homeowners insurance, certified of insurance and paid assessment letters as well as any closing conditions.

-  Cultivate new business as well as maintain existing clientel within an assigned territory, and be an active liasion between attorney's, lenders, loan officers and Escrow.

-  Maintain excellent customer service skills, flexible and durable to multi-tasking, great organizational skills and most important a self-motivated and very detailed oriented.

-  Actively troubleshoot client complaints and resolve any issues.

 

Requirements:

-  3 to 5 years of experience in the industry

-  Proven track record of success
