Job ID: 605Position Description: Position Overview: The SunGard Transaction Network (STN), a business unit within SunGard, isseeking two client service representatives in the 22c2 product line. The account representative will be responsible for providing client service support to 22c2 clients. Primary responsibilities include; addressing functional system questions, error message verifications and monitoring errors in data transmission, storage and critical client. Candidates should be comfortable working with complex subject matters and be able to work independently. Responsibilities Include: • Respond to all customers inquires relating to the 22c2 product.• Responsible for issue resolution and requires a strong follow through. • Troubleshoot client issues regarding file transfer status and processing status.• Verify error messages and analyze issues identified by clients as well as internal support.• Monitor data transmission and storage issues to ensure operational efficiencies.• Report/resolve analytic errors and issues.• Follow up and resolve aged requests.• Provide critical client and internal communications during system interruptions/outages• Process intermediary data requests/response processing in a timely manner.• Participate in transmission and system maintenance testing.Position Requirements:Requirements:• 2-4 years experience in financial services, preferably in client services.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.• Mutual fund experience, preferably 22c2 or compliance related. • Superior verbal and written communication skills. • Limited travel..
