Account Specialist

SEIA is a Registered Investment Advisory firm that offers Investment Management and Financial Planning Services which are tailored to the unique needs of affluent individuals, institutions and corporations.  We currently manage $1.3 Billion in client assets with office locations in California and Virginia, and have our main operations head quartered in Los Angeles. We are seeking to add an Account Specialist to our advisory team in the Virginia office location. Main Duties: Handles day to day account administration which includes: New account processing, transfers, distributions, and general account maintenance. Client Service: Acting as point of contact for client accounts, answering questions and communicating daily with high net worth clientele. Attend client meetings with advisors to oversee paperwork completion. Other special projects as assigned. Qualifications: MUST HAVE working knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities and 529 plans. Series 7 preferred, otherwise candidate will be required to obtain within 6 months of hire. Working knowledge of investment accounts. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Must have professional phone skills and demeanor.
