Accounting Clerk

Seeking a highly qualified individual to join the Accounting team to be responsible for assisting with the department accounts payable function primarily through the timely and accurate input of vendor invoice data and posting of travel & entertainment expense reports into the accounts payable system. 

 

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree, concentrating in accounting a plus and one or more years of accounts payable.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required.

 

Accounts Receivable Clerk

Seeking a highly qualified individual to join the Accounting department to be responsible for the timely processing of customer receipts and for the maintenance of customer records within information systems.  In addition, this position will accurately record receipt of all invoice payments and report on the collectability of past due accounts.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. 

Great Plains experience preferred.  A Bachelor’s degree concentrating in accounting is a plus.
