FIS Field Services (FISFS) is a national field service company, in that we provide information in relation to property inspections and property preservation to our clients who are commercial banks, savings banks, and mortgage companies. Summary:The Accounting Manager position will oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Responsibilities Management of 5 accounting clerks and related functions, accounts payable; accounts receivable and collections Assist with month end Journal Entries and closing for AR and AP Process electronic invoicing for clients using Invoice Management and iClear Cash reconciliation Maintenance of files Assist with billing and collections Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience. Related work experience (3-5 years) Previous supervisory experience in a similar role Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills, detail and number oriented Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook 10-Key proficiencyOther Functions/Duties:Miscellaneous other tasks as assigned We offer a Flex Schedule and Business casual environment.
