Accounting Manager, (promotable to Director within two years)

Requirements:

 

·  Accounting degree with at least five years experience.  CPA preferred.

·  Understanding of GAAP

·  A Team player with supervisory experience

 

 

Fast growing Brokerage Services Company is seeking a Manager to join its accounting department and be responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end internal and external financial statements to the parent company, developing internal controls, accounting policy and procedures, prepare the annual budget and work with the accounting staff to ensure reconciliations are accurate and timely.  Assist the CFO in special projects such as acquisition analysis, financial modeling and developing internal management reports to help drive business results. The position supervises a staff of three in A/P and general accounting.
