Sr. Accountant:  Our client is in need of a Senior Accountant with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.  Responsibilities include monthly and annual closing process, financial statement preparation and management reporting.  The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 2-4 year experience, a strong track record and intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.  Experience with Microsoft Access, Dynamics and FRX a plus.  Salary range is $45K - $55K per year.

 

A/R Specialist: Our client is seeking a high motivated, self starting Accounts Receivable Specialist demonstrating a “can do” attitude.  This position is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable billing and collections.  The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years accounting work experience, intermediate user MS Excel skills and beginning user MS Word and Ms Outlook skills.  Experience with MS Dynamics GP a plus.  Salary range is $28K - $32K per year.

 

Senior Staff Accountant:  Our client is a fast growing, large company who is dominant in their industry.  They are seeking to add a Senior Staff Accountant to their organization.  This position will have primary responsibility for rebate accounts which represent a significant and complex accounting area.  As part of the monthly and quarterly closing process this position will perform detailed account analyses and reconciliations, prepare journal entries and input into the G/L.  This position offers a lot of opportunity to be involved in special projects and offers high visibility and great growth potential.  Salary $45-50K.

 

Sr. Analyst – Income Tax:  Our client, a billion dollar manufacturing organization, is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Income Tax.  The position’s responsibilities include: extracting and analyzing financial data from SAP,  preparing federal, state and local income and franchise tax returns, assisting income tax area in financial data sourcing, developing and improving tax reporting systems and supporting the audit efforts.  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred), 4+ years of corporate or Big 4 experience with an emphasis on federal/state income tax and tax software skills are required.  SAP experience preferred and competence in Access, SQL, and Monarch a major plus. Salary range is $70K - $85K plus bonus.

 

Sr. Analyst – Transactional Taxes:  Our client, one of the top FUN companies to work for in St. Louis is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Transactional Taxes.  This position will extract data from SAP to prepare the transactional tax returns and will participate in transactional tax audits and appeals.  This role will also assist in developing and improving tax reporting systems.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance), MBA or CPA a plus, as well as 4+ years of public accounting experience or corporate tax experience.  SAP experience preferred.  Must be competent in Excel, Assess, and SQL.  Salary: $70-85K + bonus.

 

Corporate Accountant:  Global company where you can feel good about working!  This position will work closely with the international offices, preparing and reviewing financial reports, account reconciliations, and administering the fixed asset system. Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required.  3-5 years accounting experience.  Public accounting experience and Great Plains software experience are both preferred.  Salary $50-60K.

 

Senior Financial Analyst: Fast growing global organization.  This position will work closely with the global finance teams participating in month-end close, analyzing forecast versus actual variances, preparing various schedules and analyses in support of quarterly and annual SEC filings.  Must have strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial planning, data analysis, BS, CPA or progression toward certification and strong Excel.  Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to progress in their career – lots of opportunity with this company. Senior Financial Analyst: One of the top companies to work for in St. Louis – they offer great flexibility and work/life balance.  Key responsibilities include assisting in budgeting, forecasting and reporting to sales teams, analyze trade investments, assist in the financial analysis regarding new business proposals, opportunities and customer agreements, and assist in the development of financial tools and processes.  Must have BS in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred.  Must have 3 years experience and a high proficiency in MS Excel.  Salary $60-75K + bonus.

 

Sr. Accounting Systems Analyst:  A Bachelor’s degree in finance or information systems and 5+ years of public or industry experience in financial systems is required.  PeopleSoft or other finance systems experience is a plus. Responsibilities are as follows:  Participate and/or lead small to medium size systems development projects and enhancement efforts representing the interests of the business user and Accounting Systems. This included understanding and documenting processes as well as design, development end user tools, testing, implementation and communication. Also may include participation on large scale efforts. Serve as a finance area information systems analyst.  Leverage the Finance Division financial systems to automate current processes.  Compensation is $55K - $60K per year + bonus and profit sharing.
