Currently, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk   

 

 

The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure the Accounts Payable function is adding value to the company and will develop key relationships across the business, and drive improvements through improved processes. The Accounts Payable Clerk will also verifying and process all vendor invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate approvals, reconcile vendor statements and resolve any variances with vendors, and become involved with the financial close process and assist with the cost review of the business. The Accounts Payable Clerk will champion the expense reporting tool across the organization and ensure maximum benefit is being extracted from the system, particularly the reporting process and lead all AP compliance matters for the organization to ensure best practices are achieved. The successful AP Clerk must have a strong desire to grow personally and professionally in a challenging and rewarding environment.

 

Qualifications:
This Accounts Payable position requires 3+ years in accounts payable, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and experience in account reconciliations, and the ability to function in a team environment and be held accountable as an individual contributor are also required.  Candidates must be proficient in Excel and Great Plaines.
