Accounts Payable Assistant - Part-time 20 hrs

AP Assistant needed for start-up company with flexible hours. Assistant must be able to multi-task and be willing to help out as needed in the Accounting Department. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:Matching PO's, packing-slips, and invoicesFilingOpening A/P mailMatching weekly check runsReconciling of credit cards and expense reportsCalling vendors for statements and missing invoicesOther projects as needed

Minimum Qualification Required:Office experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Desired Qualification/Experience:Database familiarity and expereince a plus
