HighlightsAIG Job ID: SunMTAPCPosition Type: Full Time - RegularLocation: CA-Woodland HillsRelocation: NoRequirementsEducation: AssociatesExperience: 1-2 yearsDescription: Accounts Payable ClerkPosition DescriptionProcess and coordinate accounts payable within the marketing and sales department, assist with quarterly marketing allowances and reporting, update related systems in ACCESS and EXCEL, track various marketing payments, reconcile sales and marketing headcount, coordinate in-coming ad-hoc requestsSpecific tasks include:•Code and process invoices for the Marketing and Sales Departments.•Work closely with Accounts Payable Department for processing and tracking efficiency•Update marketing inventory ACCESS system•Run SAP Reports, perform research requests for group•Coordinate weekly status summary of in-coming Ad-hoc requests for group in ACCESS•Prepare pay request for quarterly marketing allowances, prepare quarterly allowance report for Sr. Management, file and photocopy all relevant information.•Prepare headcount by RC, category and department and prepare report for monthly distribution to Sr. Management. •Prepare pay request for Sponsorship agreements and track for Sr. Management. •Prepare, bill and track money managers’ quarterly fees. •Coordinate meetings, set up conference rooms•Support the group with daily activities and projects as assignedSkills RequiredThe ideal candidate should be organized, detailed oriented and is able to handle multiple projects accurately and in a timely manner. In addition: •Must be a quick learner, a team player, and have excellent follow up skills.•Must have strong prioritization, organization and communication skills. •Must have advance skills in EXCEL and WORD. Working knowledge of Power Point and Access is preferred. •Ability to grasp concepts and tasks quickly. Must be able to quickly master new skills and systems.
