FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) with at least five years of experience in the life insurance and annuity industry. Experience in product pricing & development, actuarial & economic capital modeling, financial reporting & valuation, and/or asset-liability management. Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present and articulate key findings, positions or recommendations to cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Proven initiative and project management and/or people leadership skills. Direct experience with actuarial modeling software such as MoSes or TAS is helpful. Proven organizational skills including excellent time management, the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Unquestionable integrity, ethics and moral character. Thrive on change and continuous improvement. Keen attention to detail.
