Administrative Assistant/Loan Processor
Provide administrative and general office support to the Irvine, CA Underwriting department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phones, type and track correspondence, photocopying, filing, maintain office supplies and archive.
Organize meetings, conference calls, create PowerPoint presentations and update various reports when necessary.
Support underwriting staff: request site documentation, process and track all funds and expenses for each deal, process loan submissions and complete closing reports.
Support underwriting in areas of CMBS credit reports, loan scores, CMBS Docs, e-folder III, client approval memo’s and LOUD.
Input operating statements and rent rolls
Arrange travel for office personnel
Process Travel and Entertainment expense reimbursements
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong writing skills, keen attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers is necessary.
Ability to organize & prioritize projects: complete multiple tasks on schedule in a highly deadline driven environment.
Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work productively under minimal supervision.
Must be a team player and be able to work effectively under sometimes stressful conditions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Min. 1-3 Years prior administrative experience
