Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Our client, a growing private investment firm, is seeking an experienced individual for an Administrative Assistant/Office Managerial position.

 

Responsibilities to include: creating/composing correspondence, database creation and administration, generating reports and financial statements, managing board of directors/stockholder records, management of calendar and attendance records, coordinating meeting, events, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, managing files, Internet research, downloading portfolio information, assisting with direction of charitable contributions, and general administrative tasks, as required.

 

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational, financial, written, and oral communication skills, the ability to multi-task, work as a team player or independently, the ability to multi-task and handle confidential information.  Advanced proficiency with web-based applications, Microsoft Office, especially Access database management A MUST!  College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.  Qualified applicants should have 5+ years of experience within a corporate setting.
