Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Investment Bank – Uptown Dallas

 

Position available immediately in a high profile, professional services firm.  Current staff is energetic, professional, and dynamic.  Candidate must possess similar qualities.  Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and must have an extremely professional appearance.  Only serious candidates that fit the above description completely need apply.  Specific details below:

 

Responsibilities: Full telephone coverage including knowledge of executives whereabouts and accurate message taking Shared calendar maintenance (e.g., schedule meetings/calls) Client interaction Coordinate conference room meetings including scheduling on the shared calendar, catering, audio/videoconference set up, clean-up Type, scan, collate, fax, bind correspondence, memos and presentations Maintain filing system, correspondence and documents for assigned team members Internet research retrieval for client teams Sort, open, and distribute mail; arrange messenger and overnight package services Setup and maintain contact database Keep orderly, fully-functioning work and break room areas Prepare and submit expense reports for assigned team members Provide full backup support for administrative staff Miscellaneous support projects

 

Skills Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills Logical, efficient problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail and organization/time management Enthusiasm, positive outlook, and team player mindset Professional appearance Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work overtime Proficiency in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Typing skills @ 50+ wpm Working knowledge of office procedures, policy guidelines and compliance requirements Relevant experience (2+ years administrative experience)

 

 

Compensation:

$32,000+ (depending on experience and skill set), 401K, yearly bonus, other perks
