Administrative Assistant to President

Description:

Job Purpose:  Work closely with chairman of private investment company.  Liaison between chairman, key executives and employees.

 

Duties: Represents chairman by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, answering questions and meeting questions directed to chairman  Responds to correspondence either independently or at direction of chairman Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries, agendas, scheduling travel and related transportation and lodging Competes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem solving, making adjustments to plans Improves quality of results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, implementing changes

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Travel logistics, scheduling, written communication, verbal communication, decision making, administrative writing skills, flexibility to change priorities, proficiency in Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro.
