Job Title:    Administrator – Flex and COBRA Services

 

Job Summary:Process daily operations of Flex Plan and COBRA Services and with special projects as necessary. 

 

Major Duties: Flex claim entry, payroll verification, and filing.  Customer service including telephone calls, claim inquiries, administrative issues, and periodic customer visits.  Preparation of enrollment materials and data entry for new elections.  Process change of status forms and prepare contribution change reports.  Prepare marketing materials.  Assist Principal with special projects.  Prepare mailings including weekly flex checks and quarterly employee statements.  Process COBRA activity daily for employer clients.  Overtime seldom required but possible when workload necessitates.

 

Relationships:Reports to General Manager.
 

Qualifications:Excellent Communication, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, and Prioritization Skills.  Experienced with Word and Lotus123 / Excel.  Strong Work Ethic. Independent Worker as Well as a Team Player with Ability to Work Well Under Pressure.  Self-Motivated with Good Decision Making Skills.  Able to Take Direction and Follow Policy and Procedure.  Desire for Long Term Employment.

 

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience plus full
