Agency Manager--Insurance and Financial Services

Farmers is expanding in Utah and is looking to add a few sales-oriented individuals to our Agency Owner training program. We subsidize new agents and provide shared office space, staff, and equipment as they launch.

1st year earnings of $40-50k with $100k+ expected by year five. Agents complete a two-year company paid career training program including one week of national training in our Los Angeles training center. In addition to salary support, Farmers provides a staff subsidy after six months and office support after one year to help build your agency. Farmers invests heavily in our new Agency Owners in order to ensure a successful long-term career.



Job Requirements:



You must be willing to complete a rigorous training program including licensing requirements. A criminal and financial background check will be conducted.  Candidates must be willing to live and work in Utah.
