These relationships include Primary and Secondary Recovery Agencies, AVM and Dialer vendors, and Legal/ Attorney Networks. The incumbent will be responsible for managing existing relationships, developing Champion / Challenger strategies, analyzing performance MIS, sourcing potential new vendors, and managing interface applications.    What You’ll Do: •  Manage Daily  Recovery Agency Relationships including, on-site auditing of accounts, managing effectiveness of work effort, goal setting and placement strategies •  Identify and select new agencies as necessary •  Strategy development and support, including early outs, small balance, and merchant specific strategies. •  Serve as daily manager of Recovery One platform (placements, recalls, payment tracking) •  Create and monitor process for initiating legal action against customers as needed •  Develop attorney network •  AVM management including summarizing performance MIS, implementing strategy revisions as necessary and the management and monitoring of daily call campaigns.

What You Need to Bring: · Minimum 2-5 years managing a collections environment, with some prior agency experience preferred. · Prior Dialer management experience a plus. · Demonstrated track record in reducing losses and collections expense. · Basic SQL or SAS experience a plus. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. · A collaborative work style and ability to interact with vendors and all levels of management. · Some travel required (20%-30%).     The Perks: In addition to top notch benefits at highly completive rates, we offer subsidized gym membership, a convenient suburban location (with free parking), and easy access to lots of amenities.   Bill Me Later is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
