This is an amazing opportunity to join our agency and gain Financial Services and Insurance experience as a Sales / Office Manager who supports sales efforts; manages staff; achieves operational objectives; guides sales operations; maintains quality service; monitors sales results; recommends marketing programs.

Qualifications


Successfully achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance.

Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations.

Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines.

Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.

Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call.

Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.

Motivates others to achieve beyond expectations. Provides strong leadership to overcome challenges.

Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.

2-5 years property and casualty insurance sales and service experience.

Florida 220 Insurance agents license or equivalent.
