Analyst, Cash Movements and Records Retention

Brief Description: The Loan Servicing Group is looking for an Analyst to join their team!Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for assigned aspects of Commercial Loan Servicing including servicing a diverse portfolio of foreign and domestic loan clients, detailed extracting of data from complex and unique loan documentation, and processing daily loan transactions in up to seven different currencies.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:  Quickly identifying and classifying complex loan documentation. Detailed extraction of information from complex credit agreements and related loan documents Boarding of extracted data in loan system (LoanIQ) Coordinating with Portfolio Management Group on new transactions and regular maintenance Reviewing and executing payments in multiple currencies and countries Proactively hedging currency positions Troubleshooting discrepancies within loan systems Validation of co-workers processes Compilation of  reports, daily, monthly and quarterlyQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Position is ideal for new graduates or those nearing graduation. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment towards a common goal. Strong personal organization skills with an above average attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Commercial loan documentation or loan servicing experience preferred. (work experience and other education may offset lack of a bachelor’s level degree.)
