Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for marketing Triad Financial's Indirect Auto Lending Program to franchised automobile dealerships within Sacramento, California region. This motivated individual will establish and ensure long-term, profitable business relationships that result in efficiently acquiring retail installment contracts that help the organization meet its target return objectives. The essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:•Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with franchised automobile dealers•Meet and/or exceed monthly contract volume goals established to attain Company growth objectives and target returns•Educate and train dealership personnel on Triad indirect lending programs in an effort to review quality credit applications that result in funded contracts•Maintain Triad’s field presence through routine dealership contact involving both periodic dealership visits and telephone contact•Successfully develop a book of businessThe individual that we seek will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2 to 3 years experience working in a sales function for an auto finance company. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, communication, problem solving, and time management skills are required.
