Position Description:
Responsibilities:Participate in Post Contract/Sales Demo client meetings. Establish on-going project status/update meeting schedule. Manage information collection process including initiating and updating Client Profile forms and maintain/ update client profile data. Create generic project plan with base plan/product code install methodology. Identify product support issues ad facilitate interdepartmental process creation & acceptance. Create client specific conversion project plans and execute plan coordinating all internal and client action items. Track project conversion tasks and provide weekly updates to management. Manage client expectations in conjunction with Sales and Account Management. Define scope of work; estimate and monitor schedule requirements. Modify and meet delivery requirements in spite of scope changes and tight deadlines. Maintain an excellent relationship with software developers, product managers, clients and other business partners. Initiate datacom, Phase IV, MQ, BPS/A and GFW project requests as required. Use Ascendis data documents to populate client data in QA and production environments e.g. set up users, groups, business rules, routing rules for project launch. Assist in client training- basic application navigation and Client Admin training. Act as the point person/liaison for all implementation related tasks between client, product management, development and CIS support team.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred. Project Management Certification is a plus. Through knowledge of the Brokerage Industry is a MUST. 5-7 years project management experience with large cross-departmental/vendor/client hardware and software development implementation projects.Knowledge of Broadridge Financial Services products and services. 5-7 years coordinating through excellent writing skills with a minimum of five years of technical writing experience.Demonstrated knowledge of editorial standards for technical publications. Experience writing task-orientated documentation is a plus. 3-5 years experience working with Internal/browser and router/network technology. Must be a self-starter, problem solver and able to work independently, as well as to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to grasp highly technical and complex tasks and to translate those concepts into Microsoft Project plans.Proficient level expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Expert Level expertise in MS Project. Excellent organizational, meeting facilitation, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure to handle a multitude of assignments simultaneously, and to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must de detail-orientated, dedicated and conscientious.
