Asset Manager

Primary DutiesComprehension and interpretation of all loan documents and client contracts Borrower contact for reserve disbursements, payment delinquency, and any loan issues or questions Act as liaison between Borrower and Lenders to address any issues or concerns Focus on customer service and meeting the needs of all partiesExperienceThree or more years of multifamily asset management experience required. Must have understanding of the regulations and guidelines for servicing Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac multifamily loans. Prior experience with Watchlist reporting preferred. SkillsMicrosoft Windows XP Professional, Advanced Excel and Word skills, and working knowledge of McCracken Strategy loan system. Must have the ability to communicate with external parties, senior managers and other business groups.EducationBBA in Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting. Must have a basic understanding of income producing commercial real estate with strong desire to expand real estate knowledge base.
