Join our team at Prosperity Mortgage, a joint venture with Wells Fargo, the nation’s #1 lender, and Long & Foster Real Estate, the #1 privately-owned real estate company in America.  We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant in a busy Washington, DC, real estate office for two high-producing Home Mortgage Consultants.

 

Responsibilities include providing administrative and sales support, include: assisting in obtaining necessary documentation from loan borrowers; following up with customers and vendors to ensure files are complete; preparing and distributing sales materials; and completing a variety of other administrative duties. 

 

Potential candidates must have one or two years experience in an office environment. Experience in the banking or finance industry preferred.  Must possess basic mathematical skills; strong communications and customer service skills; and high self-motivation as well as a strong commitment to quality customer service.  The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is essential.  Computer skills are required, including strong competency of Word, Excel, and Photoshop or Publisher.
