Associate Director, Broker Services

This position within our Products and Services group, on the Broker Services team, will seek to increase volume among new and existing retail customers across all of CME Group's product suites. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with brokerage and educational distribution networks to grow revenue. The position is also responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the CME Group Retail Strategy. Key Job Elements include, but are not limited to: - Execution of retail partner program: assist partner firms with co-op efforts, obtain and manage metrics to measure success of partnerships. - Promote CME Group products: organize educational workshops for product team experts to educate retail brokerage sales teams; assist in product presentations. - Represent CME Group at retail events: manage CME Group presence at industry retail events, as well as live and online partner firm educational workshops. - Work closely with product teams, international offices, marketing and education teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in retail derivatives space in sales, marketing or trading.Must have the ability to work with clients to facilitate their understanding of the value of CME Group products vs. other asset classes.Bachelor's degree.
