Associate Director, Client Reporting Strategy
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Salary to $146K base, total comp to $237K
The Associate Director Gift Administration – Client Reporting Services is responsible for formulating and leading the client reporting strategy of the firm and directs the client reporting and publications staff. The Associate Director Gift Administration – Client Reporting Services is responsible for the design, financial integrity, data quality, production, distribution and related tracking and compliance of client investment, trust accounting, beneficiary and management oversight reports.
Client reporting is a core component of our Client value proposition and is a competitive strength. The scope of reporting deliverables is comprised of 1)investment performance reports, 2) management oversight reports, 3) trust accounting reports, 4) beneficiary reports, 5) gift administration reports and 6) benchmarking and comparative statistical reports and 7) ad hoc reports and presentation materials.
IMPACT TO ORGANIZATION:
Planning:
Responsible for setting the strategic direction and directing implementation for all aspects of client reporting; coordinate cross functional projects to insure data quality and product innovation.
Client Relationships:
Insure accuracy of data, meet delivery time commitments, broaden scope of reporting products, and develop new capabilities to meet client expectations.
Financial:
Create efficient processes, add value to services, and formulate and manage cost center budget
Supervision:
Manage client reporting and publications staff and maintain a disciplined, motivating, challenging and rewarding work environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Create client reporting strategy and 3-5 year roadmapProvide leadership to company-wide initiative to assure source data qualityReview and revise processes to assure data quality, deliverables tracking and related compliance. Participate in an assessment of the current systems which support client reporting and production and develop and develop "to be" perspective in strategic roadmap.Manage deliverables entitlements and calendarProvide professional development for staff.
POSITION EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate has 10 years experience in a bank, trust, or investment advisory firm managing client reporting products and staff. .MBA, CFA, and CIPM are highly desired
