Auto Title Loan Operations Manager

AUTO TITLE LOAN OPERATIONS MANAGER

As the Auto Title Loan Operations Manager, you will have a leadership role in driving the execution of the auto title loan program in a growing, multi-unit financial services company.  You will analyze and assist in the development of company policies, functions and procedures with a focus on budgets, audits, regulatory and legal compliance, loan documentation and profitability analysis.


Responsibilities include developing an auto title lending division to distribute title lending products; monitoring title lending profitability including funding costs, direct expenses and cost assignments; developing pricing recommendations to optimize profitability; creating appropriate action plans by analyzing demographics, portfolio trends and performance of the competitive and economic environment; and developing strategies to position the company as the leader in the market.  Travel may be required for training and business development purposes.

Job Requirements:
·  Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience -- preferably managing auto title lending division that delivers loan products through retail facilities and web portals

·  Strong knowledge of consumer lending products and services, including retail and web based delivery systems

·  Knowledge of disclosure requirements needed to meet all federal and state regulations

·  Ability to work well with a team and share specialized knowledge and skills

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Ability to handle multiple projects and objectives

·  Ability to handle difficult situations using excellent interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills

·  Excellent PC skills, including word processing, presentation, internet and industry specific applications with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software
