BRANCH MANAGER - Full Service Sub Prime Auto Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION

Nicholas Financial, Inc. (NASDQ: NICK), A publicly traded, rapidly expanding, sub-prime auto finance company, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our Virginia Beach, VA  team. Our full service branches handle all aspects of dealer development, application processing, credit underwriting, funding, account servicing and collections, as well as all other duties related to the growth and profitability of a financial services branch office. 

The qualified candidate will possess:

- 2+ yrs experience in consumer and/or auto finance industry

- Proven track record of successful dealer development in the market

- Excellent sales and business development skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong collections background

- Strong work ethic

- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a staff of 3 – 6 partners

- Must possess a valid drivers license
