We are looking for sales-driven and customer service savvy individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company.A Business Sales & Service Phone Banker learns about Wells Fargo customers, banking products, services, operating systems and culture. You'll use your knowledge to resolve customer inquiries regarding complex and routine financial services and banking transactions. A Business Sales & Service Phone Banker's typical day includes: - Answering incoming calls in an inbound business banking call center - Promoting Wells Fargo products and services to identify sales referrals - Meeting or exceeding SALES QUOTAS - Communicating with business customers and other bankers extensively - Researching information online utilizing multiple software programs - Resolving challenging inquiries - Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from customers regarding financial products and services and referring difficult problems to specialists This position will begin with 7 weeks of paid training and then transition into a choice of PT and FT shifts, including 10:30am to 7pm with hours on Saturday and many other options. Starting pay for this position is approximately $12.75 per hour per plus monthly incentives for sales performance.
