Banking and Billing Specialist 1

Banking:Returned Checks (Comm checks, T-Checks, EFS Checks, etc)Record returned checks in General LedgerResearch reason for returnCorrect checks and redeposit or work with LMS sites to recollect check.ReportingBank CorrectionsResearch bank corrections and deposit discrepancies and make needed corrections on General Ledger.Distribution of check stock to LMS sites (Comm checks, T-Checks, EFS Checks, etc)Distribution of bank deposit books to LMS sites.Write-up checks (Comm checks, T-Checks, EFS Checks, etc) through the direction of Accounts Receivable.

 

Billing:Auditing – audit weekly billing of all sites to determine any errors and make needed corrections.Audit weekly Food Lion billing.  Determine errors and work with sites/client for resolution.Weekly invoice distribution through email and faxing.

 

Other Duties as assigned.
