Bilingual Customer Service/Collectors Needed!

Our client, located in Streamwood, is currently looking for bilingual Spanish-speaking collectors to join their team.  This is a permanent position with great potential for advancement.Responsibilities: Contacting customers to collect on past-due payments. Fielding customer calls and handling their questions and concerns. Maintain debtor account information.Requirements: 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred. Collections experience preferred. Native-level fluency in Spanish is required. High school diploma or equivalent.
