Bilingual Customer Service Rep 2

Job Description: The hours will be from 11am-8pm, Monday - Friday Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from customers regarding financial products and services. Duties include: processing routine to complex transactions on-line; resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult problems to specialists. Responsible for cross-selling or sales referrals of products. May work on special projects. May be required to hold series licensing and certification. Minimum Qualifications: MUST be completely fluent in both Spanish and English. 1+ years of previous call center customer service experience or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and managing time well.
