We are a quickly growing startup with top-tier VC backing and a very experienced and highly successful management team.  For our headquarters on the Peninsula, we are seeking a full-time Project Manager, a great opportunity with tremendous room for growth. Your role will be to drive the planning, development and implementation of a variety of projects, ranging from new and enhanced products and services to business applications.  In this capacity you will be interacting with leaders in technology, marketing, business development, operations and senior management.  In addition, you will be involved in ongoing process optimization and building the company’s project management methodology.

 

For the Project Manager position we are looking for an independent self-starter who exhibits the abilities to manage priorities, set and meet target dates, work with leaders in the organization, and deliver results.  The ideal candidate is a very flexible person with a strong customer focus who can learn quickly, has the highest integrity and respect for others, and can work with a dog in the office.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects for implementing and improving products, services and processes.

• Function as a central point of communication within the organization

• Create plans, direct tasks and manage schedules.

• Interact with all areas of the business, including project stakeholders and senior management

• Support definition of business requirements and design of product, services and processes

• Define and implement project management methodology and change management process


Qualifications:
• BILINGUAL IS A MUST (Spanish/English)

• 2-4 years of project management experience

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• MS Project skills

• Experience collaborating with business groups and engineering teams on the development and implementation of business applications

• Ability to work with all levels of seniority in the organization

• Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills

• Customer focused

• Experience gathering and defining business requirements a strong plus

• Affinity with databases a plus
