PreferredOne, a health care benefits administrator offering a full-range of products, services and networks to brokers, employers, members, insurance companies and third-party administrators, has a Billing & Commission Assistant opportunity.

 

Receive and apply payments to individual fully-insured and self-insured accounts.  Resolve questions related to billings and commissions and provide billing administrative support. Strong support in helping with mailing, copying, faxing and emailing.

 

Requirements include attention to detail and problem solving skills.  Checking accuracy, completeness and consistency of data received and processed.  PC experience.  Good customer service orientation.  Preferably at least one-year working in an office setting and at least one-year interfacing with clients over the phone.
