Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Arcturis throughout build out process for new and moving branches Approve floor plans, furniture layouts and contractor bids. Obtain bids for exterior signage and coordinate install. Order interior signage. Order insurance, furniture, appliances, pictures, plants, TV brackets Follow up on permit status, walk through punch list, final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy for new and moving branches Work closely with branch managers during the build out and set up week to ensure everything is on track to open or move as scheduled. Update and maintain build out information in Archibus Develop processes to improve efficiency Research new vendor relationships Other duties as assignedRequired Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Great attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasksRequired ExperienceAssociate's degree of equivalent preffered.
