Branch Managers AssistantImmediate opening for a Branch Managers Assistant in Bend, Oregon, Branch # 856. There are 20 FA's and a total of 30 employees in the branch. Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting the Operations Manager with support staff and administrative functions including but not limited to benefits issues, attendance, vacations. Monitor FA continuing education, insurance credits and registration. Coordinate systems administration, office management and security issues. Process accounts payable and ordering of supplies. Coordinate office maintenance, rent, security issues. Maintain office files, correspondence. Other duties as needed. Qualified candidates should have strong Human Resource capabilities. Candidate must have administrative experience and should have an extensive knowledge of branch procedures. Assist Branch Manger with compliance related supervision, to include review of compliance and legal surveillance reports. Provide continual structured training in procedures, policy and business to support staff in conjunction with the Operations Manger. Qualified candidate must be motivated, positive, and a team player. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Must also answer phones, take messages and respond to client requests when appropriate. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Securities licenses including Series 7 and 66 or willingness to become licensed with a year.
