Business Analyst - IT

Location: Rockville, MD 20847 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Business Analyst Description: Manage the day-to-day issues related to various Wealth Management components and other related reports.  Ensure product quality, customer satisfaction and timely product fulfillment. Write detailed product/project specifications defining requirements for enhancements and new components.  Work with development, Quality Assurance  and release management teams to drive the development life cycle from business requirements all the way through to product release. Prioritize and implement components into the Thomson ONE frameworks and ensure reliability and timeliness of component delivery. Attain detailed knowledge of all related Wealth Management components, including asset allocation, fixed income reports, alerting, and portfolio manager. Perform analysis on client data and gain a specific understanding on all related Wealth Management data and its use throughout the application.  Develop and translate client/market needs into product requirements.  Train product support, sales and account management teams on the functionality, rollout and technical support.
