Business Associate 2

Job Description: Provides sales, marketing, and operations support to an assigned team of Business Relationship Managers. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, gathering required data and providing preliminary assessments on the performance of existing accounts, and providing information on possible new services for the customer. Solicits and follows through on customer operational needs and requests and resolution of problems. Identifies and follows through on many cross selling opportunities. May also include other analytical support duties. Strong communication and selling skills. Operates independently, requiring minimal guidance and supervision. Minimum Qualifications: Banking/Financial service exposure. Working knowledge of interpretation of financial statements applied to business accounting and finance principles. Ability to interact with internal and external customers. Proficient in Windows based software. Must be flexible, tenacious, and resilient. Preferred Skills: Financial analysis experience. A college or university degree (finance major) is preferred. Bilingual skills a plus.
