Job Description: Manages team of Business Relationship Managers, Business Relationship Associates and Credit Analysts with more complex portfolios. . Promotes the growth of the team's portfolio by implementing marketing and business plans, reviews the quality of the team's business, and ensures the loan portfolio remains sound. Reviews credit limits of Relationship Managers and ensures all credit decisions are in compliance with policies and standards. Exercises the usual authority of a manager in the hiring, training, motivating and developing team members. Minimum Qualifications: Five years business to business/financial services sales. Working knowledge of interpreting financial statements applying business accounting and finance principles. Prior experience structuring loans up to $3MM, and managing an extensive portfolio of clients. Proficient in Windows based software. Must be flexible, tenacious, and resilient. Preferred Skills: A college or university degree (finance major) preferred. Previous sales management experience.
