Business Leader, Product Strategic Alliances

MasterCard Worldwide Major Accountabilities:The candidate will be responsible for developing, securing and managing partnerships / strategic alliances for the MasterCard Easy Savings Program targeting the Small Business segment. Responsibilities include: identifying and developing new merchant partner alliance relationships and maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. Specifically:' Identifying new partner prospects and developing new partner acquisition strategy' Building relationships and leveraging existing MasterCard relationships with high opportunity prospects to execute against new partner acquisition goals' Developing an optimization strategy for each assigned partner to grow partner market share, increase partner exposure to the Small Business segment, and drive usage of the Easy Savings program' Assisting in the development and implementation of a reporting platform to track program results for each assigned partner' Providing on-going customer relationship management including relationship development, contract negotiations, marketing, program operations, and reporting' Leading and coordinating efforts from across various merchant relationship, marketing, and operations teams within and outside MasterCard.Position requires up to 40% travel. Experience Required:' 12+ years experience in leading partner relationship development and management with significant experience in the areas of relationship marketing, loyalty, and one-to-one marketing programs a must. ' Experience in the financial services, travel, or specialty retail sectors strongly preferred.' Proven experience in relationship development, Contract negotiation, and marketing implementations.' Demonstrated strong analytic and creative problem solving skills to build actionable plans from disparate information.' Ability to take independent action. Skilled at advocating and influencing a particular position or point of view. ' Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.' Excellent organization and communication skills with ability to partner with key stakeholders both within and outside the company.' Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred.'
