MasterCard Worldwide Major Accountabilities:Prepare analyses of capital structure for MasterCard Incorporated and create recommendations as required to support capital structure decisions such as shareholder dividends, share repurchase, and debt issuance. Perform periodic analysis to assess current and forecasted capital position for the consolidated entity. Prepare financial and market analysis to determine the design and execution of future Class B conversion transactions. Develop capital structure presentations and summaries for management executives and Board of Directors. Lead cross-functional team comprised of Accounting, Tax, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Planning to evaluate and execute capital structure projects. Maintain knowledge of financial theories, industry tools, and market conditions related to corporate capital structure.Develop framework and policies for managing capital structures of operating subsidiaries and coordinate with Tax, Legal, and Accounting to execute strategies. Manage documentation of approvals and lead implementation of capital structure projects for operating subsidiaries. Support implementation of Legal structures such as Permanent Establishments by developing funding requirements, determining bank account structure, designing inter-company dividends, and identifying currency exposures. Manage Rating Agency relationships and develop materials for annual ratings review as well as ad hoc meetings. Lead credit facility renewal including the evaluation of required facility amount and deal structure. Support and maintain Sarbanes Oxley documentation requirements related to capital structure projects. Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business requiredMBA in Finance preferredStrong teamwork and communication skills requiredExperience in a multinational company involving repatriation of cash a plusStrong financial analysis and project management skills requiredExcel and Powerpoint skills required RESPOND HERE!
