Business Process Consultant 1 - Foreign Exchange

Job Description: The FX/ITM Online team of Wells Fargo's Foreign Exchange group is looking to hire a Business Process Consultant to work on key strategic projects for our online and alternate channel FX product offerings. The most immediate project will entail re-engineering our key customer facing online FX application - this is a high level, industry-leading, enterprise-wide project.Specific responsibilities include:- working on enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign- developing business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates- developing and leading redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business- driving business awareness of quality/process methodology.
