Business Relationship Manager - South Las Vegas

Job Description: Exceptional opportunity for a talented banking professional! Our South Las Vegas Business Banking Group is currently seeking at RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / MIDDLE MARKET COMMERCIAL BANKER to join their team. This key position is responsible for soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships with an extensive number of complex and large sized business accounts with annual sales revenue of generally less than $20MM. Responsible for the overall success and growth for assigned sales territory and solicits the most complex customers in their territory. Acts as the relationship manager to existing customer s, provides continuing financial advice as appropriate determines customer s commercial loan and deposit needs and deepens existing customer relationships, acts as the customer s advocate in securing suitable credit and cross sells products and services. Acts on Business Sales Officer referrals for customer acquisition as well as identifies prospects and acquires own customers. Establish partnering relationships with other areas of the banks resulting in additional cross-sells/portfolio growth. Acquire and develop outside referral sources. Structure and underwrite straightforward and complex secured and unsecured business and individual loans. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3 years CURRENT COMMERCIAL CREDIT UNDERWRITING experience is required to be considered for this position. Prior experience working with Small Business, Middle Market or Commercial Banking clients is required. Ability to manage complex client relationships and business development to include contacting new prospective clients. Demonstrated ability to work closely with other team members to provide critical information and analysis regarding the client, cross sell opportunities, and assists in structuring credit solutions. Proficient in Windows-based software. Preferred Skills: Strong business development background.
