Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.Job Description Responsible for internal business reporting and analysis to support Citigroup North America Collections operations across multiple lines of business (Ex: Auto, Cards, Mortgage) Coach individual performance and provide feedback to a staff of 5-10 professionals with the intent of driving the desired business results Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to staff Serve as business partner & information system subject matter expert with Collections Senior Management Responsible for delivering information to the business via operational/executive reporting and analytics that drives decision making related to financial performance and strategy execution Responsible for the effective manipulation and calculation of data, which can be analyzed and turned into business information and presented to Sr. Management in the form of feedback with recommendations to improve performance. Must be able to translate Collections Leadership reporting requirements to Technology to ensure the development of tools necessary to deliver on those requirements. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of reporting deliverables Prepare and lead monthly prioritization review discussions with Collections Senior Management Ensure appropriate controls are in place to ensure the integrity and availability of all key & relevant reporting data Specifications / Qualifications BA/BS degree required, minimum 5-10 years in relevant financial services experience in an reporting or analytical capacity Prior management experience required Must have intellectual curiosity and a willingness to delve in to a problem and understand the root cause Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to organize and prioritize independently and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical & problem solving skills Must be able to make effective presentations to senior management to communicate the company's business strategies Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge of consumer &/or commercial lending businesses and influences on credit losses and risk management a plus Knowledge of data warehouse environments, SQL & Cognos reporting tools a plus
