Ideal candidate will have strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and good written and verbal communications abilities.  He or she will have sufficient confidence and maturity to work with management at the most senior levels of Citigroup regarding investor communications issues.  Responsibilities will include: Maintaining relationships with institutional investors and research analysts. Assisting in developing and executing a communications program to investment community through press releases, financial disclosure and presentations Providing analytical support relating to Citigroup’s financial and market performance, individual business units and competitive framework Preparing and conducting informational presentations on Citigroup to institutional investors and research analysts. Working with Director of IR in event planning and IR strategy Assisting in the coordination of investment community conference calls, webcasts and global investor meetings. Overseeing administrative staff in terms of management of investor databases and distribution to both internal and external audiences Working with team in maintaining dialogue with senior management of Citigroup to communicate shareholder, market and competitive information Coordinating dissemination of IR materials to employees via internal communications network Opportunities: Direct contact with the investment communicty, including institutional investors and Wall Street research analysts. In-depth exposure to all of Citi's businesses globally Opportunity to work with Citi's senior management Full scope of professional development for candidate, including "stretch assignments" within department, and external training if necessary and desired Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business MBA preferred  At least 10 years in financial function (corporate finance, research, financial control/accounting, investor relations), ideally for a financial services company although not imperative
